Grow Our Own

Building the next generation of Liberian healthcare professionals — from within the communities that need them most.

Our Mission

Investing in Liberia's
Future Healers

The Grow Our Own Program addresses the critical shortage of healthcare professionals in rural Liberia by investing in the potential of healthcare workers within these communities. We believe the most sustainable solution to Liberia's healthcare workforce gap is to nurture talent from within — empowering local Liberians to become the doctors, nurses, and health workers their communities desperately need.

By providing comprehensive support — including scholarships, mentorship, and professional development — we ensure that financial barriers never stand between a Liberian and their dream of a healthcare career.
